Insight-EQ’s Therapy Services

Individual Therapy

One-on-one session aimed at exploring and addressing personal life challenges such as anxiety, depression, and stress. Sessions are personalized based on individual needs.

Marriage Therapy

A duo-based session aimed at coaching married couples to improve, resolve, and rebuild different stages of their relationship, ranging from minor to severe interpersonal challenges.

Group Therapy

A group-based one-time or multiple-sessions with categories based on the nature of the challenges. Groups can be as small as five to eight people, and as big as twelve to fifteen people in a setting.

Couples & Pre-Marital Therapy

A session for couples in different stages of their relationship aiming to explore emotional needs, address concerns, and create a strong foundation for a fulfilling partnership; with additional guidance from Insight-EQ’s Couples Guide.

Family Therapy

A family-based session aimed at exploring, navigating, improving, and resolving ongoing challenges. Sessions may involve some or all family members depending on the challenges being addressed.

Career Exploration

A one-on-one session with Insight-EQ’s Career Guide for individuals seeking clarity and direction in their professional lives. Personalized guide for those who are starting out, transitioning to a new role, and contemplating a career change.
