Clinical Psychologists / Counseling Psychologists

We are seeking licensed clinical psychologists and counseling psychologists to provide remote therapy services to our diverse client base. The specific specializations will depend on the expertise of the therapist, as we aim to match our clients with the most suitable mental health professional for their needs. Candidates should have experience with teletherapy, strong communication skills, and a commitment to providing culturally responsive care.

1. Licensure and Experience:

  • Hold the necessary licenses, certifications, and degrees required to practice in your state or country.
  • Possess prior experience conducting therapy sessions remotely using video conferencing or other digital platforms.

  • Demonstrate flexibility in your schedule to ensure timely and consistent care for our clients.

3. Crisis Management and Safety:

  • Have experience and a clear approach to handling crisis situations remotely, including assessing risk and ensuring client safety.
  • Be prepared to follow our established protocols for managing emergencies and providing appropriate support.

4. Privacy and Confidentiality:

  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of HIPAA compliance and have strategies in place for protecting client privacy and confidentiality in a virtual environment.
  • Adhere to our strict policies regarding the handling of sensitive client information and data security.

5. Cultural Competence:

  • Exhibit cultural sensitivity and have experience working with diverse populations.
  • Be committed to providing culturally responsive care and creating a safe, inclusive space for all clients.

6. Professional Development and Self-Care:

  • Be open to receiving remote supervision and support from our team to ensure the highest quality of care.
  • Maintain a commitment to ongoing professional growth and self-care to prevent burnout and maintain effectiveness as a mental health provider.

Internships Opportunities

Business Development (Remote)- July Intake

We are offering a remote internship opportunity in Business Development, starting in July 2024. This is a 3-month position designed for individuals who are passionate about making a positive impact in the mental health field through strategic business initiatives. The intern will work closely with the founder of Insight-EQ to identify new opportunities, conduct market research, and assist in creating and implementing plans to expand our reach and improve our services.

Requirements:

  • Strong interest in business development and strategic planning within the digital mental health industry
  • Excellent research and analytical skills
  • Responsible and proactive
  • Have integrity and good ethics
  • Proficiency in presentation skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in both English and Bahasa Melayu
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program, such as business, marketing, or psychology
  • Based in Selangor, Malaysia (remote work)
  • Able to commit to the full 3-month internship duration
  • Knowledge of or experience with AI and its applications in business and mental health is advantageous
  • Available for weekly online supervision meetings with the founder and in-person meet-ups when necessary

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential partnerships, clients, and growth opportunities
  • Assist in developing and implementing marketing and outreach strategies to increase awareness of our mental health services
  • Collaborate with the founder to create and refine strategic plans and proposals
  • Monitor industry trends and best practices to inform service improvements and innovations
  • Explore potential applications of AI in improving our services and business processes
  • Attend and contribute to weekly online supervision meetings and in-person meet-ups as required
