Before proceeding with our services, we would like you to read this document carefully. 2. Appointment
Therapy sessions at InsightEQ Consultancy are dependent on the type of Counseling or Psychotherapy services you signed up for. Kindly email us at inquiry@insight-eq.com for more information.
Scheduling and cancellation of appointment can be done at inquiry@insight-eq.com. To secure a spot for a session, it is advisable to schedule an appointment at least 1 day in advance. You can cancel an appointment a least 3 days in advance. If you fail to show up for a scheduled appointment or cancel it without giving enough notice, you may be charged 50% of the fee.
3. Payment
Our fee for each therapy session is dependent on the type of services you choose. Payment of the therapy fee must be done at least a day before the session. If you have any difficulty paying the fee, please let us know as soon as possible. We may be able to offer you a sliding scale fee based on your income and circumstances.
4. Confidentiality
We uphold high ethical standards when it comes to respecting your privacy and confidentiality. We will not disclose any information about you to anyone without your written consent, except in the following situations:
- When we are required by law to report suspected child abuse or neglect, elder abuse or neglect, or imminent harm to yourself or others.
- When we receive a court order or subpoena to release your records or testify in a legal proceeding.
- When we consult with other professionals (such as supervisors or colleagues) to enhance our service quality. In such cases, we will not reveal your identity or any identifying details.
- When we receive your permission to share information with other parties (such as family members, doctors or insurance companies).

We strive to provide you with ethical and professional mental health services. However, if you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, please let us know as soon as possible. 8. Offering of Mental Health Services
We offer mental health and consulting services on the digital platform. Our counseling sessions are generally an hour (60 minutes) long and take place at least once a week. However, this is dependent on a case-by-case basis and on the discretion of the therapist’s professional decision with discussion and agreement with the specific client involved. Our fee for each therapy session is dependent on the type of services chosen. Payment of fee is required before therapy session takes place.
Our therapeutic relationship is based on mutual respect, trust, and collaboration. We expect you to:
- Be honest and open with us about your thoughts and feelings.
- Participate actively in the therapeutic process and work on your goals.
- Follow through with any homework assignments or suggestions that we give you.
- Give us feedback on how you feel about our therapy sessions and if anything needs to change.
- Respect our time and policies regarding appointments, and payments.
